Oak Aged Libertalia Spiced Rum, Allspice Dram, demerara, tiki bitters, Doc Paun’s craft aromatic bitters, garnished with a Luxardo cherry and orange peel.

Oak Aged Libertalia, in-house made brown sugar-cinnamon reduction, barrel aged whiskey bitters & black walnut bitters, garnished with candied bacon, Luxardo cherry & smoked with maple wood.  

 

Blue Note – Lakeland Whiskey Society Barrel Pick $16

Riskey Single Barrel Rum finished in a Blue Note Whiskey barrel for 8 months (60.1%), in house-vanilla bean reduction, demerara, barrel aged-whiskey & black walnut bitters, garnished with a Luxardo cherry and an orange peel.
